Privacy Policy
siebsales.com and its staff values your privacy. Your personal information is for use
by siebsales.com staff in order to serve you. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it
from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s).
Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to
administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your
personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
siebsales.com may disclose information about any site visitor in response to subpoenas,
investigative requests (with or without subpoena) and other legal process, to exercise Sieb’s legal rights
and defend against legal claims.

Return Policy
siebsales.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason,
you wish to return products you have purchased from us, the following will apply:
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Email sales@siebsales.com
or call 877-924-7548 (toll free).
You may return most unused items purchased at siebsales.com within 30 days of the original delivery.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
There will be no re-stocking charge if the product is returned in it's original container unused. The customer
shall be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the originating shipment and the shipment of the
returned products.
Any normally stocked item not returned in the original container and/or requiring testing or inspection will be
subject to a 20% re-stocking charge in addition to the shipping and handling charges.
Items returned that are non-stock at siebsales.com will be subject to the manufacturers policies, restocking fee's
and shipping charges (if applicable).
siebsales.com reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in new, unused and resellable condition.
This includes electrical and hydraulic items that have been installed and operated.

Please insure your shipment for its full value (the price paid for the merchandise). We cannot provide refunds,
credits, exchanges or replacements for products that become damaged or lost in shipment.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If
the returned item is subject to testing or inspection the credit may be delayed. However, every effort will be
made to credit you in a timely manner. The amount of the credit may be subject to the restrictions described above.
